We take on new builds, extensions and fit-outs across residential, hospitality and commercial work. As part of KW Enterprises, we have civil and structural engineering behind every build, so drawings, costs and site work stay in step.

Chalets, guest suites, clubhouses and staff housing for lodges and tourism operators around Victoria Falls.

How we build
Six stages, each one checked before the next begins.
Every job runs to the same sequence. Materials are ordered ahead of each stage, and the work is inspected before we move on, so problems are caught while they are cheap to fix.

Site visit and brief
We walk the plot with you, check levels, access and services, and agree what you want to build and your budget.

Drawings and quotation
Drawings are developed or reviewed, and we price the work line by line in a bill of quantities.

Contract and programme
We sign a clear contract, agree payment stages and set a programme planned around the rainy season and material lead times.
Output: signed contract, start date -
Construction
Foundations, walls, roof, services and finishes. You get regular progress updates with photos. Changes are priced and approved in writing before they are built.

Snagging and handover
We test services, walk the building with you, fix everything on the snag list and hand over keys and documents.

Aftercare
We stay available after handover and return to deal with any defects that appear during the agreed defects period.

Where we work

Our name comes from Mosi-oa-Tunya, the Smoke that Thunders. We know the local ground conditions, suppliers, council approvals and estate design rules, and we plan every programme around the November to March rains.
